Our original Chocolate Fresco (Fresh Chocolate) is an untempered rustic farm style
Chocolate with a full bodied flavor and aroma. Its has a clean, pure taste, and a claylike consistency.
Being an extremely unalduterated form of Chocolate, it needs to be consumed within a month of its preparation.
It was created by Chocolate Momotombo in 2004 and it was the only type of Chocolate we made until 2007.
The process of making it involves a minimal amount of machinery and minimal igredients: Freshly milled
Cacao beans, whole Milk, Sugar, and Honey.
To this base recipe we then add the best of Nicaragua's
nuts, spices, spirits, and fruits.
